I am making paper today for my cards.

I have an order to fill from Little Indigo!

Pretty exciting :)

Here's a look at how I do it...

1} tear up paper  2} apply blender to soaked paper  3} fill sink with pulp and water, use deckle to form sheet  

4} turn sheet onto board, sponge water from pulp & leave to dry

sunday funday.

Today is:

1} Washing - and lots of it due to the awesome weather we had last week [NB: heavy dose of sarcasm]

2} Just coz it's cute :) I made the owly, the pears are from a friends wedding and the sticks are from a tree at college that had real nice mossy stuff on it :)

3} Card designing. Those are my very broad ideas... pretty much anything & everything.

EDIT: just as I'm posting this - it's starting to rain.. Dang Nabbit!!

Gotta say I love her chunky chunky knitting skills & crazy photos .. super dooper cute!

Today I went for a job trial/job thing. Which went well + I'm happy!
I kept praying for some work + this is an answer to prayer. Also tomorrow I have another interview. Hoping it goes well.

I also just sent out some emails about my cards + did some heavy but targeted facebook liking/commenting which gained me 3 fans right away.. so that looks like the go. I'll have to hit that up regularly + then maybe some will actually buy my cards! {I wish I could sound more pro + popular + say that I have sold billions. .. But that would be stretching the truth.. just a little itty bit}

Hmm..
So not much to share.
I was thinking in my head on the way back from said job that I should start learning how to code online shops + make me one of those.  I hand code all the websites I design + definitely need to keep teaching myself new tricks.

Oh. And the other thing that I have to code is a brand spankin' new website for Flashbox.
Mainly just for the wedding photography side of it. To make it more appealing + capturing.
And more weddingy. And show off our photography skills a little better.

Valentine's and the rest

Hey.

Well Valentine's Day day was a bummer. I was in bed all day feeling terrible.
So luckily we did our little Valentine's Day thing the night before.
We had a feast of croissants, ginger kisses, grapetiser, hot chocolate & icecream care of Mr Peck .. cute.

We exchanged gifts first off and Mr Peck opened his first. I got him some white pants from Saba, coz he said he wanted some.. They look like these ones:

And then Mr Peck hands me a little package. I seriously thought it was soap, I almost smelled it. 

Then upon opening it, I was dumbfounded and started crying haha.. such a dill-burger.

Mr Peck got me an Ipod.. coz I always steal his android to download cool apps and stuff and secretly {but not so apparently} wanted my own thing to download cool apps with. 

SO.. he got me an Ipod.. I had no idea..! Not even a clue. Coz he said his present hadn't come yet..

So he got me this in the meantime.. Cheeky mono {Spanish for Monkey}

And then we watched You Again.. Which was pretty funny/dorky/funny.

Then on actually Valentine's Day Mr Peck looked after me and put some DVDs on for me to watch and I played with my Ipod, downloading all the cool free apps hehe.. 

And then the other thing Mr Peck was waiting for came.. 

And it was MORRRISS!!!! :)

Hehehe I love Morris. Mr Peck told me to close my eyes and he gave it to me and as soon as I felt his ears I knew it was Morris!  Mr Peck read my blog & saw that I wanted Morris.. and got him for me :)

And then Mr Peck went to the shops and came back with a rose.. {a fake rose that smells like real rose} lol

And a romantic movie - Going the Distance {which was actually pretty funny}

My husband is just too cute!! I love him! A lot!

And not just on Valentine's Day, I still love him today as well ;)
